Learn to dance Sevillanas with Peña Flamenca El Indalo!

Sevillanas is a traditional Andalusian folk dance, danced with a partner or in groups. It's a good introduction to flamenco for anyone who's never dared to try before! Join us from 1pm to 2pm and learn how to clap along with the rhythm and try a few steps. You don't need to be a dancer to join in!

Looking forward to see you all there – Adios!

Hope to see you there A Samedi les amis!

Polish Breakfast... on the corner - Dec 11

After the success of our first Breakfast… on the corner 'Café Brazil' we would like to end the year with a Polish Breakfast on 11th of December: traditional Polish breakfast menu will be available from 11am at Grainger’s Bar with live music of the Polish singer Ola Pukowiec.

From 11.30 at Grainger’s - Ola Pukowiec & Band

After her time in Germany as a music student and choir master, the Polish singer Ola Pukowiec began to show her face in Dublin’s jazz scene in 2008. She was joined later on by guitarist David Beausang, Italian bassist Marco Santaroni and German drummer Sebastian Boes to work on her own compositions and interpret traditional polish folk songs. Some months later saxophonist Jamie Evans completed the 5-piece band who are about to record a first album in winter this year.

'The fact that the members come from completely different cultural and musical backgrounds blends nicely into an interesting musical mix between jazz, pop and traditional folk elements.'
